Lena, IL Lois and family, we were sorry to hear of Ben's passing. We, like others here, have a few great memories of time spent with you and Ben. The beautiful sunsets at the lake, card games and "It's 5:00 Somewhere."
We will be thinking of you during your time of adapting to not having him close at hand.

Springfield Oregon 97478 Our condolences to an old family friend. When I was young, I remember the visits around the farm table talking about animal feed and stories of things that happened before I was born and seldom believed. It was always a treat to have Ben visit and always looked forward to them.

Freeport, IL I only knew Ben for a short time while we were both being treated at the Leonard Ferguson Cancer Center. I enjoyed talking to Ben, Lois and their sons. I am sorry for your loss.

Lockport, Illinois We are very saddened to learn of the passing of a great man and wonderful friend. Ben was like a Grandfather to us, and we will miss him more then words can say. We know that our trips to "The Lake" will never be the same without his humor, smiling face, and wonderful friendship.
