Freeport: A. June Snyder, 87, of Freeport died Sunday March 14, 2010 at the Monroe Clinics Hospital in Monroe, WI. Born March 2, 1923 in Uniontown Kansas she was the daughter of John and Sylvia (West) Delzell. On November 1, 1941 she married Martin F. Snyder and he preceded her in death on May 1, 1984. June was a cosmetologist at Osco Drug for many years. Surviving are her 2 sons, James (Barbara) Snyder of Freeport and Charles (Mary) Snyder of Colgate, WI; 3 sisters, Lolieta Dunahee, Nettie Elda Shephard and Orphea Lea (Earl) Koester; 6 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; Sister-In-Law, Roberta Delzell and very good friend Roger Wang of Monroe, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and 1 grand daughter. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at Walker Mortuary, Freeport. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Freeport. There will be no visitation. A memorial has been established.
