Freeport: Alvin W. Schulz, 92 of Freeport died Sunday September 27, 2009 at Stephenson Nursing Center, Freeport. Born November 21, 1916 in Erin Township he was the son of Emil and Hattie (Cole) Schulz. On February 26, 1944 he married Bernita E. Klaas in Freeport. She died in November of 2000.
