Born September 12, 1918 in Freeborn County, Minnesota she was the daughter of Soren and Marie (Anderson) Jensen. She married James T. Hansen November 25, 1937 and he died in July of 1987 in Florida.
Astrid was a bookkeeper for National Tea Grocery for 25 years.
Surviving are her daughters, Judy (James) Stretch of Lake Summerset and Margaret (Robert) Rose of Seneca, Wisconsin; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 1 step great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 1 brother, and 1 grandson.
Funeral service will be Saturday 1:30 p.m. at Dakota Community Presbyterian Church with Reverend Timothy Kidd officiating.
Burial will be in the Fairview Memorial Park in Northlake.
