Barbara J Fors, (Burke), 75 passed away Friday, January 2nd 2026 in Freeport, IL. She was born on February 21st 1950 in Norfolk, Virginia, the daughter of Alfred E. Burke and Ruby Bernice Rusk.

She is survived by her children; Son, Nikky Fors & wife Kathy of Arkansas and daughter, Kisa Fors-Francis & husband Bill and grandson, Grayson of Oklahoma. Sisters Brenda, Paula & Julie, along with many cousins, nephews & nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Alfred & Bernice, Brother; Alfred Jr, Sisters; Sue Carol, Beverly Jo and Patrica Ann.

She spent her life caring for those around her. The oldest of her brother and sisters, she was her mother's strongest support and her father's best horsewoman. She was a beautician, a wife, a mother, and a nurse who dedicated her working life to those with Alzheimer's and others who needed special care.

She will always be loved.
