Obituary
Levittown, Pennsylvania-Belva Jean Burke, 81, formerly of Freeport, died Friday, December 2, 2005 at Statesman Nursing Center in Levittown, Pennsylvania.
Born July 24, 1924 in Freeport she was the daughter of Terrence and Beatrice (Thomas) Bordner.
She graduated from Freeport Senior High School.
Belva was a long time Secretary for the state of New Jersey.
Surviving are her sons, Brian Burke of Sammamish, Washington and Shane Burke of Schwenksville, Pennsylvania; one brother, Thomas (Pat) Bordner of Freeport.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Internment of her cremated remains will be in the Afolkey Cemetery.
There will be no funeral service.
