Scioto Mills-Betty L. Huber, 80, of Scioto Mills, died Thursday, October 20, 2005, at home with her family at her side.
Born April 16, 1925 in Lancaster Twp she was the daughter of Steve and Bessie (Harwood) Vrtol. She married Neal Huber July 20, 1946 in Freeport.
She was retired from Micro Switch in Freeport.
Her memberships included Embury United Methodist Church, Cardinal Capers Travel Club, and Card Club.
Surviving is her husband, Neal of Freeport; daughter, Kristi Voss of Scioto Mills; sons, Craig (Cindy) Huber of Ocala, Florida and Jeffrey (Karlene) Huber of Apple Canyon Lake; sisters, Margaret (John) Matchette, Doris McDonald, and Leona Ruhnke all of Florida; 6 grandchildren, Kim and Lindsay Huber, Eric and Ryan Huber, Amanda and Kyle Raymond; 2 great grandchildren, Cameron and Sherell Huber.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 sister; 1 brother; 1 grandchild.
Visitation will be Sunday 4 to 7 p.m. at Walker Mortuary.
Funeral service will be Monday 11 a.m. at Embury United Methodist Church with Reverend William Blomberg officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
A memorial has been established in her name.
