Betty J. Miller, age 90 of Freeport, IL passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Presence St. Joseph Center. She was born May 28, 1927 in Freeport to the late Merle and Henrietta (Sager) Winters. Betty married Allen Miller on March 20, 1946. He passed away on May 13, 1975.

Betty was a member of the First Free Methodist Church of Freeport. She enjoyed going for Sunday drives, camping, fishing and traveling.

She is survived by her sons, Denny Miller of Freeport, James (Lillie) Miller of Freeport, Jerry Miller of Freeport, Randy Miller of Forreston and Dale (Barb) Miller of Tucson, AZ; her daughter, Cheryl (Tim) Hultine of Yuma, AZ; her sisters, Lucy Miller of Freeport and June Bentley of Lamar, CO; 18 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sons, Earl, Wayne, and Doug Miller, two brothers and one sister.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Walker Mortuary. There will be a visitation before the service beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
