Billie L. Stewart , age 63 of Flanagan, IL, formerly of Freeport, IL, passed away Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Flanagan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She was born August 25, 1954; the daughter of the late Edgar and Irene (Taft) Stebbins. Billie has previously been married to Ritchie Stewart.

She graduated from Freeport High School and attended Highland Community College. Billie worked in sensing and control at Honeywell since she was 18 years old. She had a love for animals of all kinds since she was little. She especially loved her dogs Ginger & Hooch and riding horses. She also enjoyed going out for breakfast with her friends every Saturday.

Billie is survived by her son, Dustin (Kimberly) Stewart of Pearl City, IL; daughter, Danialle (Beau) Lartz of Lexington, IL; grandchildren: Talia, Katniss & Octavia Stewart and Nora Lartz; brother, Joe (Rose Walton) Stebbins of Forrestion, IL; former husband, Ritchie Stewart of Pearl City; half-brothers, George Gondorchin of TX and Gene Gondorchin of MN; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Frank C. Stebbins; and half-sister, Bridgette Kildress.
