Wheaton - Bryan L. Davey, 56, of Wheaton, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 6, 2008.
Bryan helped hundreds of children through his career as a school psychologist in the Chicago area. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
He was born in Freeport on November 7, 1951, the son of Robert and Marilyn (Blair) Davey. He graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1975 with a master degree in Psychology.
He is survived by his parents, Marilyn and Robert of Freeport; his children Nicole (Michael) Mesko of Elmhurst; Michael, Elliot and Hannah Davey of Glen Ellyn; sisters Margo (Frank) Guerrettaz of Lake Saint Louis, Mo, and Laurie (Scott) Moyer of Roscoe.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday June 14, 2:00pm at Walker Memorial Mortuary in Freeport.
Interment of his cremated remains will be in the Ladies Union Cemetery in Stockton.
Memorial fund will be established for Madison Elementary School, 150 W. Madison, Lombard, Illinois 60148, place of his last employment.
