Carolyn L. Bloom, age 85 of Freeport, IL, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Presence St. Joseph Center in Freeport. She was born January 23, 1932; the daughter of the late Russell and Ethel (Lower) Rawleigh.

Carolyn had worked as a Sales Clerk at Emmerts at the makeup counter. She enjoyed reading and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. She also enjoyed her friends and social events at Meadow Ridge.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy (James) Fusco of Freeport; son, David Bloom of Freeport; grandchildren, Dawn (Dan) Raymond of Freeport, Taylor (Matt) Barr of Freeport, an Casey Bloom of Romania; great grandchildren, Deven & Autumn Raymond, Kayla Cowman, and Raegan & Mavric Barr; and sister, Judith Koon of Freeport. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, and brother.
