Carolyn M. Stilson, 90, of Freeport, died Sunday, October 26, 2008 at FHN Memorial Hospital.
Born September 19, 1918 in Love Joy, Montana she was the daughter of Jacob and Florence (Skinner) Paul.
She worked for Dubuque Meats, an area Nursing Home, and Structo.
She was a member of the Jehovah Witness.
Carolyn enjoyed country music, reading, gardening, old TV series and puzzles.
Surviving are 3 daughters, Ellen (Jim) Leitzen of Clinton, Iowa, Carol (John) Pitman of Erie, and Delores (Ken) Brennan of Freeport; 2 sons, Charles (Mary) Bahr of Alamogordo, NM and Ronald (Cindy) Bahr of Forreston; 1 step daughter, Kathy Klienert of Freeport; many grandchildren; great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; 1 sister, Florence Klentz of Lena.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 husbands, Lee Stilson, Menno Bahr, and Donald Baker; 1 son, Jacob Stilson; 1 sister, 5 brothers; 2 grandsons; 1 step grandson; and 2 great grandsons.
Funeral service will Thursday 1 p.m. at Walker Mortuary.
Visitation will be Wednesday 4 to 7 p.m. at Walker Mortuary.
