Charlotte Helen Holdeman died peacefully at age 94 on June 26, 2010. She was born on February 2, 1916 (Groundhog Day), to George and Cora Green in Freeport, IL. She was the last surviving sibling of six, having been preceded in death by three brothers Walt, Anson, and William and two sisters Lillian and Suzy. Her husband of 34 years, Eugene Holdeman died in 1977. She is survived by two children, Cheryl Derman (Barry) and Eric Holdeman (Mary), five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
