Charlotte M. Niesman, 77, of Freeport, died Saturday, December 11, 2010 at the Harbor House in Monroe, Wisconsin after an extended illness.
Born December 20, 1932 in Adeline, Illinois she was the daughter of Herman and Vivian (Cuplin) Krull. She married Verle C. Niesman Sr. June 30, 1951 and he preceded her in death on November 30, 2003.
Charlotte was employed at Structo Manufacturing, Burgess Battery, Micro Switch, Economy Insurance, and K Mart
She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Pearl City and a member and officer of the Women of the Moose in Freeport.
Surviving are two daughters, Marilyn M. Niesman of Waunakee, WI and Teresa L. (Barry) Engebretson of Pearl City; two sons, Verle C. Niesman Jr. of Lena and Gordon L. Niesman of Pearl City; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren and step-great great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Beverly (Gary) Pontnack, Nettie (Karl) Eustice, and Linda (Gary) Matthews all of Freeport; 1 brother, James (Sandy) Krull of Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and 1 brother, Herman Krull.
Funeral service will be Wednesday 10:30 a.m. at Walker Mortuary with Reverend Pat Esker officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call Tuesday 4 to 7 p.m. at Walker Mortuary
