Charlotte Ann Pearson, 68, of Freeport passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, May 24, 2012.
She was born August 14, 1943, in Freeport, to parents Robert and June (Amacher) Brinkmeier.
Charlotte graduated from Freeport High School in 1961. She touched many lives during her positions held at the Freeport Credit Bureau, Newell Rubbermaid, and then as manager of ServiceMaster in Freeport. She continued working until retirement in 2007.
Charlotte had many interests, among them, sharing her love of cooking with others. She was an avid reader and could often be seen coming and going from the Freeport Public Library. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and always put the interests of others before herself.
Charlotte leaves behind a daughter, Jennifer Pearson (Terry Gordon); granddaughter, Jaclyn Pearson; a beloved cat and best friend, Mazy; two brothers, Carl (Jean) Brinkmeier and Dennis Brinkmeier; and several nieces and nephews.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents.
