Cherryl Hinrichs, age 67 of Freeport, IL, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison. She was born April 16, 1950; the daughter of the late Robert and Norma (Geiser) Keeler. She graduated from Pearl City High School and went on to receive her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign. On July 20, 1973, Cherryl married Keith Hinrichs at the Zion Reform Church in Freeport.

She was a 5 ^th generation farmer and together Cherryl and Keith operated her Centennial family farm, est. 1890. She had also been the Program Assistant for the Farm Service Agency for 30 years. Cherryl was a member of St. John United Church of Christ of Freeport. She loved her cats and spending time with her grandkids.

She is survived by her husband, Keith of Freeport; daughter, Amanda (Brian) Mack of Carol Stream, IL; and grandsons, Alexander & Christopher. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Robert Lawrence; and sister, Lanetia.
