Christopher A. Becker, 40, of Freeport died Tuesday March 27, 2012 at his home. Born December 16, 1971 in Freeport he was the son of Robert and Barbara (Crawford) Becker. On September 3, 2004 he and Tina Bahr were united in marriage in Freeport. Chris worked faithfully many years for Berner Foods Inc. He was very devoted to his family, enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, woodworking and Chicago Bears. Surviving are his wife Tina, Father Robert (Eleanor) Becker, daughter Madlyn all of Freeport, son Joseph of Rockford, step daughter Kaila Bahr, step son Dustyn Bahr both of Freeport, brothers William (Micki) Becker of Lena, Thomas (Becky) Becker of Broadhead, WI, 5 stepbrothers, 4 stepsisters, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding him in death were his mother, grandparents and one brother Daniel.
