Obituary
Clora Edna Haier, 80 of Freeport died Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Parkview Home.
Born November 14, 1932 in Clarendon, Texas she was the daughter of Emmanuel and Gladys Hahn.
On July 5, 1954 she and Robert Houston Haier were united in marriage, he preceded her in death on March 27, 2007.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and was active with the Concordia Society and Young At Heart.
Surviving are her children Laurel (Bryan) Rudolph of Freeport, Karen (Dennis) Gorman of Norman, OK, Lorna (Max) Kitchens of Newnan, GA, Robert (Eva) Haier Jr. of Katy, TX; eight grandsons and two great granddaughters.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband and four brothers.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Parkview Home with Reverend Dr. Willis Swichtenberg officiating.
Burial will be at the San Geronimo Cemetery in Seguin, TX.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her name for Parkview Home.
