Freeport-Curtis Anthony Beach, 38, of Freeport, died Friday, August 31, 2007 at FHN Memorial Hospital from respiratory failure and has now been reunited with Christ Jesus.
Born November 7, 1968 in Freeport he was the son of Nathan and Mary (Suess) Beach.
He attended Orangeville School through grade seven and graduated from Freeport High School in 1989.
Curtis was a former employee of Malcolm Eaton Center, an award winner in Special Olympics, a former resident of Stephenson Nursing Center, and a much loved member of Zion Church C.C.C.C. "the singing church."
Surviving is his parents of Freeport; two sisters, Dawn Marie Millar of Armstrong, British Columbia and Kimberly Ann (Rodney) Rasmussen of Minneapolis, Minnesota; two brothers, Alan Nathan Beach of Janesville, WI and Michael Craig Beach of Freeport; his maternal grandmother, Eva Suess of Freeport; one niece, Jessica Lynn Beach of Freeport.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; one nephew, and his maternal grandfather.
Funeral service will be Wednesday 3 p.m. at Zion Church C.C.C.C. with Reverend Gardy Cronk officiating. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday 4 - 7 p.m. at Walker Mortuary.
