Obituary

Freeport- Cynthia A. Webster 71 of Freeport formerly of Rock City died Monday August 25, 2008 at FHN Memorial Hospital.
Born April 26, 1937 Freeport she was the daughter of Levi W. and Mildred L. (Bobb) Keister. In 1955 she graduated from Dakota High School. Cynthia and Edwin Webster were married December 3, 1955. She was a member of Rock City United Methodist Church in Rock City, where she was treasure. She owned Cindy's Gifts and Ceramics in Freeport for several years. She enjoyed ceramics, sewing, crocheting and feeding the birds and squirrels.
She is survived by her husband of Freeport, two sons Steven (Tammy) Webster of Dakota, Alan (Reni) Webster of Rock Falls; 3 daughters Sally Kersten of Bullhead City, AZ, Barbara Jo (Drago) Zgrabljic of Huntley, Brenda (Jeff) Olsen of Davis; 9 grandchildren Stephanie, Curt , Brent , Kari Webster, Sean and Ryan Edwards, Karina Zgrabljic, Tyler and Autumn Olsen; 2 brothers Robert and Gene Keister; one sister Phyllis Keister.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother Bill Keister, 2 sisters Mary Jane Reeter and Marjorie Bordner.
Visitation will be Thursday 5pm until 7pm at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Dakota.
Funeral service will be held Friday 10:30 a.m. at the Rock City United Methodist Church in Rock City.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the service.
Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Freeport.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Dakota.
