Dawn Elaine Niedermeier, 54, of Rock City passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport. Born October 30, 1960 in Monroe she was the daughter of John and Lela (Heimann) Isely. On July 11, 1981 she and Joe Niedermeier were united in marriage. Dawn worked for Structo, Journal Standard as a carrier and enjoyed to farm. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and cooking. She was a member of St. Paul Church of Epleyanna. Surviving are her husband Joe of Rock City; three daughters Jennifer (Trevor) Haas of Freeport, Amanda (Josh) Arand of Rock City, Heather Niedermeier of Mt. Carroll; seven grandchildren Cristian Arand, Amanda (Kyle) Meighan, Dylan Haas, Paige Haas, Honesty Niedermeier Haas, Tayler Haas, Chevelle Haas; one great grandchild McKenna Marney; her mother, Lela; mother and father-in-laws Marilyn and Marvin Niedermeier; two brothers Steve (Connie) Isely of Juda, WI, and David (Karen) Isely of Monroe, WI; sister Vanessa Topp of Monroe, WI; three brothers-in-law, Mark (Robin) Niedermeier of Freeport, David (Tara) Niedermeier of Dakota, and Tom (Jolene) Niedermeier of Dakota; two sisters-in-law Brenda (Mark) Klatt of Dakota and Bonnie (Chris) Dertz of Lanark. Preceding her in death were her father and niece, Veronica Coulthard. Visitation will be Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 9-11 a.m. at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, Dakota. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, Dakota. A memorial has been established in her name. Cremation rites will be accorded.
