Obituary

2005 at Provena St. Joseph Nursing Center.
Born July 1, 1920 in Freeport she was the daughter of Ora D. and Lily M (Huber) Petticrew. She married Edwin Lee Green on January 7, 1942 in Freeport and he died in April of 2000.
An avid quilter she was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Surviving is her son, Ronald (Debbie) Green of Divide, CO; daughter, Marilyn Green of Port Orford, OR; sisters, Nancy Adams and Betty Nath both of Freeport; 1 brother, John Petticrew of Florida; 3 grandchildren; 1 step grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 1 brother; 1 sister.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorial services and interment of her remains will be Saturday, April 16, 2005 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with Reverend Justin Mapes of Trinity United Methodist Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for the Freeport Public Library.
