Edna M. Meyers, 97 of Ridott died Wednesday February 1, 2012 at the Manor Court of Liberty Village in Freeport. Born September 3, 1914 in Hampshire she was the daughter of Alois and Lena (Herman) Lender. On February 12, 1935 she and Russell E. Meyers were united in marriage. He preceded her in death in January of 1991. Surviving are three sons Gerald (Stella) Meyers of Pickens SC., Elmer R. Meyers of Savanna, IL, Larry (Pat) Meyers of Elizabeth, Col.; 9 Grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, 3 brothers, 2 sister.
