Edward Paul "Fast Eddie" Cormican, 56, of Lena, died Wednesday, September 9, 2009, in Ogallala, Nebraska.
Born August 12, 1953 he was the son of James Edward and Margaret Cormican. He married Cheryl A. Fox April 20, 2002.
Eddie was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was also a local recruiter for the army.
He was the founder, and standing member, of the Local Northwest Chapter of the Invaders Motorcycle Club.
Surviving is his wife Cheryl of Lena; his mother, Margaret of Arkansas; 3 children, Jennifer of Cedar Lake, Indiana, Edward (Sandy) Cormican of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Rickey (Gloria) Cormican of Lake Village Indiana; his step-children, Brian Fox of Lena, Jeremy Fox and Robert Fox both of Monroe, Wisconsin, Michael (Lori) Fox of Crown Point, Indiana, and Daniel (Michelle) Fox of San Diego, California; 14 grandchildren; 1 sister, Mardlin (Larry) Halfman of Arkansas; brothers, Tom Cormican of Arkansas, Jim Cormican of Florida, and David Cormican of Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Edward
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorial service will be Sunday 1 p.m. at Walker Mortuary.
There will be a gathering Sunday from 10 a.m. until 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name.
