Florence's always smiling eyes slowly faded on Tuesday as she began her journey to see her beloved husband of nearly fifty years, Edward, who preceded her. They were married October 7, 1955 in Chicago, bought a small farm and they never looked back. She loved being in the country and all that it held for her. Forever in the kitchen or garden with endless energy, she cooked, baked, canned, picked berries, sewed and lived for the sun to rise the next day.
