Freeport -Franklin A. Fitzpatrick, 88, of Freeport, died Saturday, September 8, 2007 at Manor Court in Freeport.
He was born in Central City, Illinois on March 26, 1919. He graduated from Centralia High School in 1937 and from Brown's Business College in 1938. He attended Northwestern University Night School in '38-39 and graduated from Stanford University's Executive Program in 1969.
