Frederick J Tallman Sr. of Corpus Christi, TX, formally from Freeport, Il, passed away peacefully at his home, with family by his side, on July 31st of 2025. Fred was born in Freeport, Il to Ralph and Mary (Crase) Tallman on May 8 1944. He served the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1963.

He worked at Modern Plating, HB Plastics, before he settled with IHM Motors sales as a mechanic. He was co- owner of downtown Auto repair with Raymond Squires. He also worked at various mechanic shops in Texas and various establishments. He loved Bowling, Taking Fishing  trips with his friends, Doing odd jobs and going to the Casino with his wife Elsie.

He is survived by his wife Elsie of 24 years; three sons, Edward J Tallman of Killeen, Tx, Fredrick J (Lisa) Tallman Jr of Killeen, TX, and Roy (Marni) Tallman of Chicago. Cory Siegner (Maymee) from Wisc. Tracy Seigner of Shannon, Il, Brent Seigner of Wisc. and Sister Carol Croffoot, of Rockford, Il.  9 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Granddaughter, Many Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in Death by his parents and 7 brothers and sisters
