Cedarville – Frederick G. Wagner, 73 of Cedarville passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, January 5th, 2023.  He was born in Freeport On December 23, 1949 to the late Gerald and Grace (Bear) Wagner.  He graduated high school and entered into the Army serving in Vietnam.

He loved to work with his hands as a cabinet maker and wood worker making things for his family that they will pass down for generations.  He loved to cook, garden vegetables and he enjoyed cars as well.

He is survived by his son, Aaron (Kate) Wagner of Minnetonka, MN and his brother, Gary 'Butch' Wagner of Oshkosh, WI.  His legacy also includes his grandsons, Hudson and Austin Wagner.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Duane Cox and his brother, Burlyn Kriens.

Services will be held Saturday, January 14 ^th with a visitation beginning at 9:30am and a service will follow immediately after at 11AM.  Burial will take place at Cedarville Cemetery.
