Hannah Eileen Abigail LaGrassa

December 17, 2002 - May 28, 2023

Hannah attended Freeport High School. While in school she was an honor student and member of the NJ ROTC.

Hannah had a kind and compassionate heart, she loved people and animals. Hannah was involved in many church outreach and volunteer ministries including Team Power Kids and Jesus Posse.

Hannah was currently employed as a CNA at Allure of Pinecrest. Hannah had plans to return to school and continue her career in the nursing field.

Hannah's bright smile and loving heart touched everyone she met. Hannah was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A Celebration of Hannah's life will be held on Thursday June 8th at 2:00pm at Crossroads Community Church 1668 Crossroads Ln Freeport, IL
