Freeport: Helen L. Baker, 89 of Freeport died Tuesday September 21, 2010 at Freeport Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Freeport. Born October 17, 1920 in Freeport she was the daughter of Otto C. and Clara (Buck) Ketelhut. On June 20, 1941 she married Vern Baker and he preceded her in death in May of 2006. Helen worked for Burgess Battery, Structo and W. T. Rawleigh Co. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Freeport VFW.
