Obituary
Idellis A. Hille, 99, of Freeport, died Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Provena St. Joseph Nursing Center.
Born September 9, 1913 in Chicago she was the daughter of Guy and Lyda (Weimer) Furry. She married Raymond Hille November 7, 1931 and he died June 24, 1992.
Idellis worked at Illinois Children's Home & Aid Society in Rockford retiring in 1970.
She had 9500 donation hours crocheting baby caps for FHN Memorial Hospital newborns.
An avid traveler she visited all 50 states and their Capitals as well as Europe, Mexico, and Canada.
Surviving is her daughter-in-law, Judith Hille of Freeport; grandson, Michael Hille of South Bend, Indiana; great granddaughter, Brianna Idellis Hille of South Bend, Indiana; her sister-in-law, Norma Hille of Freeport; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; her son, Eugene Hille, and her infant son, DuWayne Hille.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Graveside services and Interment of her cremated remains will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Grandview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is established.
