Freeport-Jack L. Heilemeier, 66, of Freeport, died Wednesday, December 29, 2004, at Medina Nursing Center in Durand. Born February 5, 1938 in Freeport he was the son of Simon and Julia (Minnick) Heilemeier. He worked at Modern Plating for over 40 years. He was an avid fisherman who loved to tinker around in his yard and play with his dogs. Surviving is his brother, Henry (Alma) Heilemeier of Rock City and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, six sisters, and two brothers. Cremation rites have been accorded. Private services will be held.
