Obituary
Jack Oliver Snook 70 formerly of Davis, died Sunday August 16, 2009 at Hospice Care of Madison in Madison. Born March 5, 1939 at Pecatonica he was the son of Frank and Gladys (Herbig) Snook. He married Helen Higbarger and she preceded him in death in 1999.
He was a cheese maker for many years in the Rock Grove and Davis areas.
He is survived by one sister Marilyn (Marvin) Niedermeier of Rock City; one brother Larry Snook of Norman, AK; special friend Esther Zimmerman of Janesville and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife and brother Richard.
Visitation will be Wednesday 5pm until 7pm at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Dakota. Funeral service will be Thursday August 20, 9:30 am at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Twelve Mile Grove Cemetery at Pecatonica.
