Freeport-Jason Daniel Cain, 27, of Freeport, died Sunday, December 19, 2004, at FHN Memorial Hospital.
Born April 19, 1977 in Riverside, California he was the son of Daniel and Pamela (Neuges) Cain.
He worked at Star Manufacturing.
Surviving are his mother, Pamela of Freeport; his father, Daniel of Riverside, CA; maternal grandparents, Paul and Charlotte Neuges of Freeport; paternal grandparents, William and Roberta Cain of Riverside, CA; son, Ethan Jason Cain of Forreston; fiancée, Shana Pritchard and her daughter, Ariel Pritchard both of Forreston; 2 sisters, Kimberlee Broyles of Riverside, CA and Tracey (James) Sack of Freeport; his aunt & uncle Debra and Dave Bontjes of Freeport; 3 nieces, Kassidy and Mariah Wells, Miranda Broyles; 1 nephew, Travis Broyles; cousins, Christian and Cristine Bennett & sons of Boise, Idaho.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, December 29, 2004 1:00 p.m. at Walker Mortuary with Reverend Donald Jamerson of First Free Methodist Church officiating.
Burial of his cremated remains will be in the Grandview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name.
