Freeport: Jessica Ann Keister-Robbins, 86 died Tuesday March 8, 2005 at Parkview Home. Born September 28, 1918 in Middleton, WI. She is a descendant of a pioneer family whose father was the third generation of medical doctors in Middleton, WI. covering a span of 100 years.
Mrs. Robbins was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. A. Gilbert Rowley of Middleton, WI. She was a graduate of Middleton High School and the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
