Davis, IL: John M. Zuk, 69 of Davis died Monday August 2, 2010 at his home. Born November 22, 1940 in Chicago, IL he was the son of John S. and Irene (Kowalski) Zuk. On February 24, 1968 he married Beverly C. Appa and she preceded him in death in August of 2009.
