Jonathan J. Tolley , age 38 of Appleton, WI, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021. He was born August 12, 1982 in Austin, TX; the son of the late Derrick Tolley and Dawn (Tolley) Wenger. He attended Freeport High School. He was also a Cadet for the Freeport Fire Department. He met the love of his life, Johanna Parks in 2002, and together they had three loving sons.

He was a crane and hoist technician. He worked for Ace's Lube in Freeport and did lawn care and landscaping while living in Savannah, GA. He loved all sports and was an avid Packer, Cubs and Lakers fan. He especially loved LeBron James.  As a child he loved taking vacations with his grandparents. He got great joy out of cooking and grilling for his family. He was also a talented woodworking craftsman. He will be remembered as a loving family man who was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

He is survived by his mother, Dawn Wenger of Freeport, IL; his step father, Danny Wenger of Freeport, Johanna Parks of Appleton, WI; sons, Jace Michael, Jordan Derrick, Jaxson James; brother, Daniel (Ashlee Griffin) Wenger of Freeport; sisters, Jennifer Tolley and Amanda (Dre Parker) Wenger both of Freeport; Johanna's parents, Sandra Parks and Michael Parks; Johanna's grandmothers, Edith Reuber and Lila Parks; Johanna's brother, Chad (Shira) Parks; step-grandparents, Gary & Pam Wenger of Port Charlotte, FL and Terry & Sandy Beeman of Friendship, WI; nieces and nephews, Julyssa, Julius, Jasiyah, Dre Jr., Drayden, Braelynn, Noah, Mya, Jase, and Amerah; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Derrick Tolley; Grandparents, John & Jacqueline Chappell; grandmother, Elizabeth Munz; niece, Jaleigha; Johanna's grandfathers, Edward "Bud" Parks and Arnold Reuber; and Johanna's brother, Michael Parks, Jr.

A visitation will be held Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 4pm to 7pm at Walker Mortuary. Service will be Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 1pm also at Walker Mortuary. A luncheon will follow the service, and the location will be announced.
