Freeport-Judd D.Earleywine, 85, of Freeport, died Thursday March 24, 2005, at his home.
Born October 1, 1919 in Rock Grove Twp. he was the son of Glen O. and Mattie A. (Davis) Earleywine. He married Jean M. Smith April 13, 1945.
He farmed the family farm for 26 years. After farming he worked for the Stephenson County Highway Department for 15 years.
He was a World War II Army veteran. Judd was a member of Van Brocklin United Methodist Church.
Surviving is his wife, Jean of Freeport; daughters, Lindsay (Terry) Hyland of Monroe, WI, Mary Jo Villalobos currently of Slovenia, and Rachel (Steven) Jensen of Rhinelander, WI; 1 brother, L.E. "Pete" Earleywine of Caledonia, Illinois; 6 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter, Sara Louise; 1 son, Richard Judd; 1 sister, Beth J. McNair; 1 brother, Glen H. Earleywine.
The funeral service will be Tuesday 1 p.m. at Van Brocklin United Methodist Church with Reverend Rodney Caldwell officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery in Oakley, Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers memorials have been established for Van Brocklin United Methodist Church and The Salvation Army.
