Freeport – Judith Ann Jones, 69 of Freeport passed away at FHN Hospital in Freeport, IL on Sunday, January 16, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born August 26, 1952 to Edward and Katherine (Pax) Barthel.

She loved spending time with her son, Brian and his fiance, Brandi.  She enjoyed mostly this past summer having her son, Brian there with her (watching movies, having dinner and sitting outside watching the night sky).  She also enjoyed the time her and Brian when they would have their 'special smoking' sessions and laugh.  She enjoyed her son living with her and having her baby boy always there.  She loved feeding the squirrels corn.  She loved her 3 fur babies very much...Naps, Mister Azz Clown, and HeeHaw.  Judy also loved her fur grandbaby that she named Kitty Wiggy.  She also loved spoiling all 4 of them with their kitty treats.

Judith is survived by her baby boy, Brian (Brandi) Keister of Thomson, IL; Several, somewhat grandchildren and several great grandchildren as well as other family members and 2 special friends Bellita Dickens and Paula French.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents; sons Billy Keister and Dan Keister; and twin grandsons, Gaxtyn and Gatlyn Keister, her sisters Sandy and Joanne as well as her brother Jim. She was preceded in death by her furbaby HeeHaw.

Services will be determined in the very near future.  Cremation rites have been accorded.
