Visitation for June Hayden was conducted Saturday, October 1 ^st until Monday, October 3rd at the Fulkerson Funeral Home of Plentywood, MT.  Graveside committal services will take place at the Dakota Cemetery in Dakota, Illinois on Saturday, October 8 ^th at 11:00 a.m. where she will be laid to rest next to her mother, Viola and sister, Marilyn.

June Kay Hayden, 84, of Plentywood died at Sheridan Memorial Hospital, September 27, 2022. She was born May 11, 1938 in Dakota, Illinois to Elmer & Viola (Fluegel) Messman. June acquired her high school diploma and later received training for home health care where she assisted the elderly to remain in their homes in the Peoria, Illinois area for many years. June earned an award for her companionate care and was very dedicated to the care of others. She came to live with her daughter and son-in-law, Sherrie & David Angvick, at their farm near Medicine Lake where she enjoyed the farm life and the animals that were part of the farm. Failing health made it necessary for her to begin another chapter of her life at LaCasa Personal Care in Plentywood where she adapted quickly and thoroughly enjoyed her years there.

June is survived by daughter, Sherrie (David) Angvick of Medicine Lake and their daughter, Angela (Mark) Austin; and her son, Sawyer Goode all of Belgrade; her daughter, Christine (Al) Lewis of Huber Heights, OH and their daughter, Kaela Lewis of Columbus, OH.
