Forreston-Katherine Ann Hatlak, 52, of Forreston, died Sunday, March 26, 2006, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.
Born March 19, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois she was the daughter of Edward and Lorraine (Wallis) Cote. She married Michael J. Hatlak April 19, 1980.
Surviving is her husband, Michael of Forreston; her mother, Lorraine Stack of Crystal Lake; her father, Edward (Jacque) Cote of Bartlett; 3 daughters, Lori (Brad) Simmons of Freeport, Angela Graczyk of Mesa, Arizona, and Amy Graczyk of Lombard; 2 sisters, Darlene (Tony) Gabriel of McHenry and Cindy (Beto) Jimenez of Addison; 1 brother, Mike Cote.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Funeral service will be Friday 10:30 a.m. at Walker Mortuary with Reverend Don Jamerson officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday 4 to 6 p.m. at the Mortuary.
Following the service cremation rites will be accorded.
