Kathryn R. Slaght, 81 of Freeport passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Pearl Pavilion of Freeport.  She was born on October 18, 1942 in Freeport to Elmer and Thelma (Frederick) Holland.  She married John A. Slaght on July 22, 1990.  He died on March 29, 2013.  As per Kathryn's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services.
