Keith R. Mitchell , age 73 of Freeport, IL, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Alden Park Strathmoor Rehabilitation Center in Rockford, IL. Cremation rites are being accorded. A private interment will take place at the Dakota Cemetery in Dakota, IL.
