Kenneth M. Spaide, 85, of Cedarville, formerly of Freeport, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008 in Caledonia, WI.
Born June 24, 1922 in Freeport he was the son of Jacob C. and Emma C. (Wessinger) Spaide. He married Rita Bender February 5, 1944.
Kenneth was a master machinist for Hoeffer Manufacturing in Freeport.
Surviving are his wife, Rita of Caledonia, WI; his daughter, Carol (Raymond) Moralez of Caledonia, WI; his granddaughter, Sara (Adam) Nowakowski of Milwaukee, WI; sister in-laws, Kathy (John) Heiler of Lena and Mary (Lonnie) Welt of Seattle, Washington; nieces and nephews, James (Cheryl) Spaide, Joanne (Lynn) Schwandt, and Gary Wilson all of Freeport, Caroline (Warren) Walberg of Hendersonville, N.C., Sandra (Richard) Schoonmaker of TN, and Shirley Dwyre of Melbourne, FL; several great nieces and nephews; friends and dear neighbors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings; Loyd (June) Spaide, Flourence (Lewis)Wilcox, Clarence (Blanch) Spaide, Vernon (Vivian) Spaide, Russell (Sophia) Spaide, Dorothy (Leslie) Wilson, and Viola (Elmer) Gassmund.
Funeral service will be Tuesday 2 p.m. at Walker Mortuary with Reverend Jack Ward officiating. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday 1 p.m. until time of service at the Mortuary.
