Lena- Kent Ray Rimington, 63 of Lena, Il died Thursday, March 10, 2022 at home.  He was born on December 30, 1958 to Frederick and Virginia (Wilson) Rimington in Peoria, Il. Kent graduated from Lena-Winslow High School.  Kent farmed with his dad, worked at Ammons turkey farm in Winslow, IL and the DURA plant in Stockton, IL. He enjoyed attending auctions and tractor pulls.

He is survived by his mother, Virginia of Lena, Il; sister Kathryn Rimington of Escondido, CA; brothers, Ronald (Diane) Rimington of Lena, IL; Jeffrey Rimington of Cottage Grove, WI.; Sister-in-law Katherine Rimington of Orangeville, IL; former wife Linda RImington of Freeport, IL and four nieces and two great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Frederick, brother Randall Rimington and Alice Munz (Life partner of Jeffrey Rimington).

Cremation rites were accorded and private family services were held on June 3, 2022.  His final resting place is at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Freeport, Illinois.  Condolences for the family can be left at www.walkermortuary.com.
