Kimberly K. Schulz, 43, of Freeport, went to sleep with the angels on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at her home.
Born December 20, 1964 in Freeport she was the daughter of Wayne and Nancy (Moore) Weier. She was a 1983 graduate of Freeport High School.
Kimberly had two children from a marriage to David Mowery. She married Richard Doherty in 1990 and he passed away in 2003. She married Karl L. Schulz in 2003.
An avid bowler Kimberly held the city record for women high series of 748 for many years. She enjoyed crafts and karaoke.
She worked at Charlton in Monroe, Wisconsin.
Surviving are her husband, Karl; her parents; 1 daughter, Jessica (Nathan) Veer; 1 son, Jordan (Michelle) Mowery all from Freeport; 4 step-daughters, Jessi (Chip) Mason and Jodi (Greg) Hawkins of Tennessee, Janice Schulz of Iowa, and Lee Ann Schulz of Ohio; 2 grandchildren, Trevor Lee Veer and Chloe Ann Hardin.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; brother; and 1 step-daughter.
Cremations rites have been accorded.
Memorial services will be Friday 10:30 a.m. at Walker Mortuary
There will be a visitation Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at the Mortuary.
Her cremated remains will be buried in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her name.
