Kris E. Egli, 72 of Orangeville formerly of Freeport passed away Friday April 15, 2011 at FHN Memorial Hospital Freeport. Born November 7, 1938 in Monroe, WI he was the son of Ervin and Rose (Peterson) Egli. On February 16, 1973 he and Deloris B Janicke-Williamson were united in marriage, she preceded him in death on October 15, 2008. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, football and baseball and was a veteran of the Army National Guard. Kris was a diehard Packer fan. He retired from Sauer-Danfoss in Freeport in 2001 after 38 years.
Surviving are 4 daughters Tina (Murray) Harvey of Ontario, Canada, Laura (Ron) Richardson of Port Angeles, WA, Diane Paul of Milton, WI, Linda Okane of Janesville, WI; three sons Jeff Williamson of Vallejo, CA, Jamie Williamson of Freeport, Greg (Kim) Williamson of Orangeville; 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; one brother Bill (Mary) Egli of Mazomanie, WI.; daughter-in-law Iris Williamson of Benicia, CA. Preceding him in death were his parents, wife, daughter Sarah Saul, sons Willie Williamson and Eric Williamson, a brother Kenny Egli and a sister Sharon Ochs.
