Linda L. Jones passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Stephenson Nursing Center, after a courageous, life long battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Cancer. Linda was born September 26, 1951 in Freeport to Helen (Longamore) and Leroy Thorn. She married John Jones June 27, 1970 in Rock Grove. She worked at Micro Switch- Honeywell for over 25 years.

Linda loved traveling, camping and being in the outdoors. She loved everything Disney. Over the years she visited DisneyWorld many times and went on several Disney cruises. Her favorite character was the Cheshire Cat.

Surviving are her three daughters, Renee' Salazar, Stephanie Jones and Lori Jones. 3 grandsons, Coty and Dalton Salazar and Christian Jung, brother Russell Thorn (Michael Magno),  sister-in-law Christine Lien and 3 brothers-in-law Mark Jones, James Jones and Brett Jones.

She was proceded in death by her husband John, her parents and her partner Michael Doubler.

As per Linda's request there will be no visitation or funeral services.
