Belleville, Illinois - Lois Dunaway, nee Solace, 85, of Belleville, IL born Thursday, May 7, 1936, in Harlem Township, IL, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at St. Paul's Home in Belleville.

Lois worked with her husband for over 20 years establishing and maintaining his veterinary practice, then later; as an Administrative Assistant for St. Louis College of Pharmacy and for St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Annetta, nee Ilgen, Solace; sister, Jean Ludolph; brother-in-law, Norm Ludolph; and grandson, Tyler Rybicki.

Surviving are her daughter, Rhonda (Mike) Rybicki of Belleville, IL; son, Craig (Jo Anne) Dunaway; grandchildren, Daniel Rybicki, and Matthew (Katrina) Rybicki.

A family memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 11 am at Oakland Mausoleum.
