Lonnie Bruce Lingelbach , age 64 of Freeport, IL, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport. He was born July 20, 1953 in Russellville, AL; the son of Will Lingelbach and the late Ruth (Childers) Anglin. Lonnie married Lisa LaChance on February 21, 1997.

He had worked as a security guard and as a fork lift operator for D.B. Hess Co. of DeKalb. Lonnie's passion was fixing cars and he loved his motorcycle. He also enjoyed fishing, eagles, and going to car shows.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Lingelbach of Freeport; sons, Allen Barker of Rockford, Lonnie W. Lingelbach of Lebanon, MO, and Brandon ( Tracy) LaChance of Oglesby, IL; daughter, Amber (Kyle) LaChance of Compton, IL; 9 grandchildren; one great granddaughter; brother, Rex (Beverly) Lingelbach; and sisters, Cindy (Roger) Vess, Wanda Rice, and Regina Lingelbach. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth; son, James Eyers; daughter, Lacey Farthing; brother, Jeff Lingelbach; and sister, Libby Calhoun.
